We are processing the formal confirmation letters (=receipts) this week and will send them out shortly.

We received close to 300 submissions and the decision about oral or poster presentation and the distribution between the sessions takes quite a while.
The chairs and the Scientific Committee are in the process of further evaluating all submitted abstracts and we will inform participants about the outcome (oral/poster) by next week. The early registration fees will apply for those who submitted abstracts until mid of June.
Confirmation of acceptance and payment will be send out in due course.
